This is a Two-year (4 Semesters) prohramme affiliciated to the Goa University and recognised by the National Council for Teacher with an intake of 50 students.
The Research center of the college has been recognised and affiliciated to Goa University and provides opportunity for those disirous of doing Ph D in Education both in regular and part time mode Admissions are done by the Goa University.
This course is based on the curriculum prescribed by Goa University to which this College is affiliated. It has an intake of 100 students. Since 2003, all B.Ed. students trained to integrate ICT into pedagogy under MOU with Intel Teacher's pre-service Education Programme.
B.Ed. Syllabus
This course is run by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). This course is meant only for in-service teachers (minimum 2 years of experience). The admissions are done by IGNOU through an all-India entrance test. The centre 0806P attached to the College comes under the Goa Region.
The College also has started a 1 year part-time certificate course in pre-primary teaching since 2006. The course deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching children of the age group of 3-6.
