Bachelor of Education (B.Ed):

Gvm’s Dr dada Vaidya College of Education offers 2 year B.Ed course that is done after graduation to work as a teacher in schools. According to the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) it is mandatory for all teachers to have a B.Ed course. This programme is based on the curriculum prescribed by the Goa University to which this college is affiliated with an intake of 100 students (2 units of 50 students).

Two year (fulltime )

Eligibility

• The applicant shall be a citizen of India
• The applicant must have passed a Bachelor/ Post- Graduate Degree Examination of Goa University or an equivalent degree from any other statutory University recognized as equivalent thereto, with a minimum of fifty percent marks.
• The candidate should have offered  at the Graduation,  Post-graduation levelsat least one school subject (English, Hindi, Konkani, Mathematics, Science, History or Geography
• The applicant should have resided in the State of Goa for a minimum period of 10 years
